We are back at West Hills for class in the chapel, or out on the lawn if weather allows! Join us for a 60 minute, all-level yoga class at West Hills Vineyard, led by Mikki Trowbridge. After class, we’ll gather with our yoga community for a glass of wine in the tasting room, and a cheers to summer!

Our donation-based model for Salem-area classes is made possible because our hosts donate their space for our practice. All yogis in attendance are expected to support our host in some way - via the purchase of wine, gift card, merch, or other form of support. Sign up, or show up, we will have space for everyone.
