1858 historic restored home features:

  • Bridal Suite (second floor) with a covered porch overlooking the chapel and

  • vineyard, air conditioning, full bathroom, vintage full-length mirror, and marble

  • hair/makeup station with ample outlets.

  • Gathering Room with marble wet bar, soft seating, and space to relax with a snack and wine.

  • Secondary Suite with full bathroom, air conditioning, soft seating, full-length mirror, and wardrobe space.

  • Accommodates up to 30 people total, including vendors.

  • The upstairs will be locked during the ceremony and reception. All belongings must be removed within 30 minutes after the ceremony.

The OUTDOOR Package - $6,900

Includes all of the spaces: Chapel, Historical home, Lawn, Tent, & Pavilion with patio area. Multiple get ready suites! Ideal for those with large wedding parties, big families, and weddings between 150-200 people.

The PLATINUM Package - $9100

20 Guest Maximum


Tiny Wedding & Reception Includes:

  • Exclusive use of your chosen space for up to 20 guests (Governor's Pavilion, Historic House, or Pavilion/Patio)

  • A dedicated venue manager/site coordinator

  • Tables and chairs for your guests

  • Delicious food and beverages from one of our curated menus

  • Professional bartender/food server

  • Four hour rental, available between 11am and dusk

Wedding/Event Requirements (Tiny Weddings & Receptions ONLY):

  • $500 Refundable Security Deposit will be charged one week before the wedding and returned up to 7-10 business days later.

  • A full vendor list must be sent to WHV 90 days prior to the wedding (for all outside vendors)

  • Service Fee: 10% of the determined venue fee will be added to the total venue costs.

  • Proof Of Insurance: A liability insurance policy naming the holder as well as West Hills Vineyards LLC as an additional insured shall be presented at the start of the event. This policy will be in effect from the beginning of the event until everyone has vacated the premises

  • Must choose one of WHV catering packages: Brunch & Bubbles, Afternoon Tea,or Afternoon Charcuterie

  • Must purchase a minimum of 6 bottles of WHV wine.

Tiny Weddings/Receptions - $2995

  • Bridal suite located on the second floor with a beautiful covered porch overlooking the chapel and vineyard. The air conditioned suite is equipped with a full sized bathroom, full length mirror, and a well lit marble make-up and hair station with multiple outlets.

  • Gathering room for your bridal party to rest and refresh while preparing for your special day. This room has a marble wet bar, soft seating and room to relax and enjoy a snack and a glass of wine.

  • The secondary suite is equipped with a full bathroom, air conditioning, soft seating, full sized mirror, and plenty of hanging space for your special wardrobe.

  • Capacity for all three rooms is 30 people including vendors.

  • This room is to be locked during the ceremony and reception. (Bride and Groom will have access for the whole time with the venue manager.)

  • Thirty minutes after the ceremony, all attendants' belongings must be removed from the upstairs, and the doors will remain locked.

  • Bride and Groom may have access throughout the night with WHV staff.

Our Historical 1858 Restored Home

  • $1000 Refundable Security Deposit will be charged one week before the wedding and returned up to 7-10 business days later. Tiny weddings have a $500 Security Deposit.

  • You must have at least a Day of Coordinator assigned to your event, or one will be provided by WHV at an additional fee due 60 days prior to your event.

  • A full vendor list must be sent to WHV 90 days prior to the wedding.

  • Staffing & Gratuity-a 15% of the determined venue fee will be added to the total venue costs.

  • Proof Of Insurance- A special liability insurance policy naming the holder as well as West Hills Vineyards LLC as an additional insured shall be presented at

  • the start of the event. This policy will be in effect from the beginning of the event until everyone has vacated the premises.

  • The time allowed is from 9 AM until 10 PM. The actual ceremony and reception time is usually 5 hours. You have until 11 PM to remove your property from the venue. After 11 PM, a $750 per hour fee will be charged by the quarter hour and taken from the security deposit.

  • Weddings on Thursday or Sunday will be discounted by $500 the chapel or outdoor package, $1000 discount off the platinum package. Sunday weddings must end by 9 PM.

  • A 25% discount is available to micro weddings between 20-49 people.
