About the event
HART is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to empower and strengthen those with physical, cognitive, emotional & social challenges through equine assisted activities. They are currently operating out of the facility located where West Hills has 6 acres of grapes planted. HART is building thier own facility in Polk county and we are excited to help them achieve thier goal of supporting and connecting with more clients every week!
