We set out to make wine that honors the land that has been farmed for generations before us. A wine that starts with regenerative practices at the forefront of green technology. We know good wine comes from good grapes and good grapes only come from healthy soil. We saw potential in an old oak grove that had been slowly swallowed by invasive English Ivy, killing nearly every tree. In order to bring it back to life, the dead trees and grasping vines had to be cleared. We turned our brush and debris into enhanced charcoal, known as BioChar, that was then tilled back into the soil to help restore vital nutrients to the earth.
